Shows how to implement Shor's discrete-logarithm algorithm for elliptic-curve groups over a prime field. Cited from Shor's algorithm and the cryptography stub for that extension. This library does not repeat the paper's qubit counts, which use a different accounting than later fault-tolerant estimates.
