Cited from Hamiltonian simulation for Theorem 1 and for Lemmas 5 and 6, which say what matrix the oracles actually encode. Theorem 1 assumes the Hamiltonian is already the block of a unitary, so its norm is at most 1, and the query count is on the order of t plus log of one over ε. The linear-combination and sparse lemmas encode the physical Hamiltonian divided by a norm factor. Also cited from the atomic-orbital digest, which uses the query-depth obstruction the preprint states against qubitization.
